Freehand update for Abaddon’s cloak. It still needs a bit of tidying up and more weathering. As you can see, it’s much darker and more faded, with weathering on top. This makes it fit in much better with the style of the painting on the rest of the model. It’s a little bit nerve wracking when you’re weathering over something so small and detailed ?

Another update on the mega gargant (giant!) I’ve done a first pass on some of the body, but it needs a lot more work, including things like veins and freckles.

A quick update of my progress the Warstomper Mega-Gargant Head – he’s really starting to come to life!

I’ve just uploaded two videos as part of a new series focusing on the new Mega Gargant (Giant) from Games Workshop. I’ve begun with his head as I can show you lots of different techniques in a relatively small space (he is a huge model!)

I’ve been working on this Warstomper Mega-Gargant! Just a start on the head, so far, but you can see a little of where I am going with him!

It’s very frustrating to be painting something very cool that I can’t show! I promise as soon as I can I will post my secret project on here. In the mean time I’ve done a little bit more to Abaddon. Still more detail to add to him!

I’ve been painting more of my War Griffons, and just in time it seems… Have you seen the new sneak peak for the Adeptus Titanicus titan? My head nearly exploded! I can’t wait to see the reveal on Saturday.

I got the new Styrix knights for my birthday, so thought I’d have a go at painting one. They are not easy!
